Valentines Day

It’s not quite yet Valentines day, but we have put together a couple of romantic, exciting and affordable date ideas to get you in the valentine-mood.

Picnic on the beach
Take a blanket, some food, good wine and enjoy a dinner on the beach. It might be a bit chilly so make sure to bring something warmer to put on in case.

Dinner and movie
It may not be original, but a fun feel-good movie and dinner is a great way to spend time.

Cook them dinner
Cooking up something nice for your partner will always go down well. Try something different and new, perhaps: fondue (cheese, chocolate or oil), a dessert, fajitas or something light and memorable. Try not to burn the kitchen down.

Take them somewhere
A trip to a surprise destination is a lot of fun. Ask them to keep a day or two free and plan something out in advance.

Small things every day
You could also give them a couple of very small gifts every day in the leadup to Valentines day. Maybe a chocolate every day, or a few flowers now and then as a surprise.
